Adelphi Fine Chocolate
Adelphi Fine Chocolate was founded by Christchurch-based chocolatier Sarah Donovan, who brings over 20 years of experience to every handcrafted creation. Sarah trained under a third-generation Belgian chocolatier at Belle Fleur Chocolates in Sydney before returning to New Zealand to lead production at boutique brand She Chocolates.
Specialising in luxurious chocolate truffles, Adelphi offers a diverse range of flavours from traditional favourites to bold, modern combinations. Every piece is handmade using mostly fair trade, organic chocolate and locally sourced ingredients, with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free options are available, all packaged with sustainability in mind.
